I almost considered giving Leatham Park a good review, but the freezing cold left me shivering all night, and the rude staff who shouted at my toddler for simply wearing wellies really ruined my experience. Surely, a room upgrade for all my inconvenience would’ve been in order? I guess that's too much to ask.

Clean and stocked bathrooms added to comfort during my stay. The value for money was evident, given the cost.
The low shower pressure was inconvenient, and the decor felt outdated, diminishing the overall aesthetic.

this place was a good value for money and really close to the prom. the bed was super comfy, and i felt really safe during my stay. the guy running the guest house was nice and helped us with anything we needed. even tho there was no breakfast, there were plenty of cheap cafes around. overall, a decent stay for a budget trip!
the decor felt kinda outdated, and the shower pressure was really low, which was annoying.

Leatham Park had a great location near the prom. The bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep after wandering around Blackpool! Just a heads-up on the outdated decor and shower pressure being a bit low.

Engaging personal host made us feel welcomed.
The shower pressure was abysmally low, making it a frustrating ordeal to rinse off after a long day. the room had an outdated feel, and there was a noticeable amount of mould in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, the payment policy was cash only, which added unnecessary hassle to our stay, especially in this digital age.
